Pharmacodynamics

Calcemin Advance is combination drug, an integral part of which are vitamins, macro- and microelements; The positive effect of the drug on the human body is due to the properties that make up the substances.

Calcium plays an important role in the formation of bone tissue, reduces resorption and increases bone density, prevents diseases affecting the musculoskeletal system, has a beneficial effect, which results in strengthening the skeletal system and joints.

Thanks to calcium citrate, absorption of calcium by the body regardless of the state of the gastrointestinal tract, which allows the use of the drug for people with depressed secretory function of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as in parallel with drugs, the purpose of which is to reduce secretion.

Helps to reduce the level of bone resorption markers, which is evidence of a slowdown in the processes that contribute to the destruction of bone matter; the regulation of the level of parathyroid hormone is carried out, which helps to improve the exchange of calcium homeostasis; helps to reduce the concentration of oxalates and calcium in the urine, which significantly reduces the risk of developing urolithiasis; promotes the absorption of iron, which significantly reduces the likelihood of developing iron deficiency anemia.

Calcemin Advance

Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) regulates the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in the body. Takes an important part in the formation of the bone skeleton, has a beneficial effect on maintaining the structure of bones, enhances the process of assimilation and absorption of calcium in the intestine.

Magnesium is directly involved in the formation of bone and muscle tissue, thanks to its participation, protein synthesis is carried out.

Zinc and magnesium perform the function synthesis of organic bone matrix but.

Due to the action of zinc, the synthesis of sex hormones is carried out, which also prevents the destruction of bone matter. It has a beneficial effect on bone density.

Manganese is involved in the formation of proteoglycans, which improve the condition of bone tissue and form a protein matrix.

Copper is an integral link in the synthesis of collagen and elastin, which is part of the connective and bone matter, which contributes to the formation of new bone mass.

Boron reduces excess parathyroid hormone activity, improving calcium absorption. In parallel, it reduces the risk of developing a deficiency of cholecalciferol.

For the first time in my life I decided to leave a review, perhaps for someone it will be useful. I have a child, he is 15 years old and he actively began to grow, as a result of which his back began to hurt badly. The doctor said that the skeleton does not keep up with the course of growth, which means that it needs an additional source of vitamins and minerals, attributed to Calcemin Advance. Fortunately, we did not find any side effects, but positive trends were noticed after a few days.

Calcemin advance is a regulator of calcium phosphorus metabolism. The role of calcium in the public mind often comes down to the formation of bone tissue. But this function in the body is far from being exhausted: calcium regulates the permeability of the walls of blood vessels, the conduction of impulses through neurons, participates in contractions of skeletal muscles, and is one of the components of the blood coagulation system. Normal absorption of calcium is possible only in the presence of active alkaline phosphatase, which requires vitamin D to activate. the latter tends to accumulate in the body, which, in turn, is fraught with hypervitaminosis. Hypervitaminosis of vitamin D can cause the development of cardiovascular, nervous and hepatic pathology. In this regard, clinicians were forced to limit the duration of treatment with drugs containing vitamin D in a dose of more than 400 IU, which reduced the risk of developing hypervitaminosis, but at the same time, the effectiveness of pharmacotherapy. The latter had a negative effect on individuals with an increased need for calcium, for example, pregnant women. The way out was found by the pharmaceutical company SAGMEL. The composition of their Calcemin Advance, in addition to calcium and vitamin D, also includes zinc, copper, manganese and boron, which also contribute to the best absorption of calcium, which made it possible to reduce the dose of vitamin D without losing the effectiveness of treatment.

Zinc activates more than 200 enzymes, including alkaline phosphatase. Copper takes part in the formation of structural proteins of collagen and elastin, preventing a decrease in bone mineral density. Manganese ensures the normal course of the formation of mucopolysaccharides necessary for the formation of bones and cartilage. Boron controls the activity of parathyroid hormone involved in calcium phosphorus metabolism, magnesium and vitamin D metabolism. Calcemin advance is indicated in the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis (reduction in bone mass), other diseases of the musculoskeletal system associated with impaired calcium phosphorus metabolism, in adolescence - to eliminate lack of calcium and magnesium. The drug is contraindicated in case of individual intolerance to one or more components, nephrolithiasis, increased plasma calcium concentration, urinary excretion per day more than 250 (in women) and 300 (in men) mg of calcium. In pediatrics, Calcemin Advance is used from the age of 12. The frequency of admission in adults and children - twice a day. Single dose - 1 tablet. It is not recommended to exceed the dose set by the manufacturer, because. excess calcium can cause impaired absorption of iron, zinc and other trace elements. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the drug should be taken in consultation with the doctor.

INSTRUCTION CALCEMINE ADVANCE

pharmachologic effect Calcemin Advance:

Mineral and vitamin complex. Calcium, which is part of the drug, is a building component for bone tissue, regulates the permeability of the vascular wall, participates in the regulation of conductivity in synapses and neuromuscular junctions, participates in the contractile activity of skeletal and smooth muscles, is a necessary component for the blood coagulation process. Calcium is represented in the preparation by carbonate and citrate salts. Calcium carbonate contains the maximum amount of elemental calcium. Calcium citrate reduces the dependence of the process of calcium bioavailability on the state of the gastrointestinal mucosa, prevents calculus formation in the urinary system even in case of prolonged use, and reduces excessive production of parathyroid hormone.

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) promotes adequate absorption of calcium, participates in the processes of regeneration and bone tissue building.

Zinc is an integral component of various body enzymes (more than 200 types) that synthesize proteins and nucleic acids. It also provides gene expression, regeneration and cell growth. It has a positive effect on the activity of the enzyme alkaline phosphatase.

Manganese contributes to the synthesis of substances that are components of bone and cartilage tissue(glycosaminoglycans). Potentiates the calcium-saving ability of vitamin D.

Copper is involved in the formation of elastin and collagen. Helps to stop the phenomenon of demineralization of bone structures.

Boron normalizes the activity of the parathyroid hormone - parathormone. The latter is involved in the exchange of calcium, cholecalciferol, phosphorus, magnesium. The effect on the mineral metabolism of parathyroid hormone does not depend on the intake of vitamin D3.

Calcium is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, eliminated from the body with urine, sweat and feces. Calcium absorption is possible due to the activity of calbindin, an enzyme of the intestinal mucosa. The biosynthesis of calbindin is directly dependent on calcitriol, a vitamin D metabolite.

Vitamin D is absorbed quickly from the intestines. Penetrates into the bones, liver, adrenal glands, adipose tissue, heart muscle. When vitamin D is excreted in the bile, it is reabsorbed. Partially transformed into inactive metabolites.

Zinc is eliminated by the kidneys (10%) and intestines (90%).

Copper is partially absorbed from the intestine, the rest is eliminated unchanged or in the form of insoluble complexes. 80% of the injected copper is excreted in the bile, 16% in the intestines, 4% in the kidneys, and a very small amount in the sweat glands.

Boron after absorption from the intestine is excreted by the kidneys (90%).
